Everything throughout the retreat is built around a simple biblical framework I call The 5 Ps of a Husband: 5 leadership responsibilities that every husband and father must embrace.
Priest – Leading your family spiritually through prayer, faith, and example.
Provider – Taking responsibility for the resources, planning, and stewardship entrusted to your family.
Protector – Guarding your family’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Partner – Loving and serving your wife as a teammate, friend, and equal partner in life.

Do I need to be a business owner or executive to attend?

Yes. Our conversations and coaching will be grounded in biblical principles and a desire to follow Jesus more intentionally. You don't need to have everything figured out, but you should be open to growing in your faith.
Is this a Christian retreat?

We want this to be personal. Keeping the group small allows for deeper conversations, more individual attention, and a much more intentional experience.

Why only five men?
No. Disney World is the setting for the experience, but the heart of the retreat is personal growth, spiritual formation, coaching, and connection. We'll incorporate Disney experiences into our time together.
Is this a traditional Disney vacation?
