The Quick Check-In

Ok, honestly, this is a game-changer. There are a number of reasons throughout my day I do these. Maybe I’m feeling a little off, or wound up, or a little anxious, or my energy isn’t what it normally is. Or someone said or did something that rubs me the wrong way. Honestly, there could be a hundred different things.

Whatever it is, here are some quick questions you can ask yourself during those moments.

Quick Check-In:

  1. What am I feeling?

  2. What am I noticing in my body?

  3. How am I speaking to myself today?

  4. Am I acting in a way that resonates with who I am?

  5. Am I maintaining and setting healthy boundaries?

  6. What do I need right now?

  7. What can I do to give myself what I need today? 

These have helped me a lot…I hope they help you too.
