The Disney Dad Leadership Experience
A faith-driven, intentionally small leadership experience for just 7 Disney Dads who are committed to becoming better husbands, fathers, and leaders.
For three intentional days at Walt Disney World, you’ll step away from the constant demands of work, responsibilities, and everyday life to invest in the one leadership role that matters most…leading your family.
This isn’t a vacation. And it’s not just another guys’ trip.
It’s a leadership experience designed for successful men who know that there’s another level of leadership waiting for them at home.
Together, we’ll have honest conversations, receive biblical leadership coaching, build authentic brotherhood, enjoy incredible food, experience the magic of Disney, and create the space to hear and see what God is doing in this next season of your life.
Everything throughout the retreat is built around a simple biblical framework I call The 5 Ps of a Husband: 5 leadership responsibilities that every husband and father must embrace.
Priest – Leading your family spiritually through prayer, faith, and example.
Provider – Taking responsibility for the resources, planning, and stewardship entrusted to your family.
Protector – Guarding your family’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Partner – Loving and serving your wife as a teammate, friend, and equal partner in life.
Prophet – Casting vision, communicating purpose, and helping your family move toward the future God has for them.
You’ll leave with:

WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER
DAY 1 — ARRIVE + ANCHOR IN: Check in, get settled, and connect with the group. We’ll kick things off with a quick group session, then head to a world-class dinner at Le Cellier Steakhouse in EPCOT. After dinner, we’ll hang out at Epcot, experience the fireworks together, and begin meaningful conversations about where you are today as a husband, father, leader, and follower of Christ.
This first session is all about taking inventory:
Who are you becoming?
What’s working?
What’s not?
And where might God be inviting you to grow?
We’ll also introduce the 5 Ps of a Husband:

DAY 2 — LEAD YOURSELF: Great leadership starts with self-leadership. During our morning session, we’ll explore The 5 P’s in greater detail. We’ll identify what’s holding you back, what God may be calling you toward, and what it looks like to lead your life with greater intentionality.
The afternoon will be spent at Magic Kingdom, where coaching conversations, personal reflection, brotherhood, and yes, a Dole Whip or two, are woven naturally throughout the day. We’ll eat dinner at Be Our Guest, and then hang around the park and watch the fireworks.
DAY 3 — LEAD YOUR FAMILY AND MAN ON A MISSION:
Who does your wife need you to be?
Who do your children need you to be?
What kind of legacy do you want to leave?
During our final leadership session, we’ll help you create a practical roadmap for leading your family with confidence, purpose, and conviction.
Together we’ll define:
Your family’s core values
Your family's mission statement
Leadership commitments for the next 90 days
Personal growth goals as a husband, father, and man of faith
You’ll leave with a clear vision, practical next steps, and a brotherhood of men committed to becoming the leaders God created them to be.
Optional: Finish the trip with an afternoon round of golf at Disney's Palm Golf Course.
