A faith-driven, intentionally small gathering of 7 dads, coming together at Disney World for 3 days of real conversations, guided coaching, brotherhood, and yes, a whole lot of fun!
This isn't a vacation.
It's a Guys Trip with Intention!
You'll leave feeling good about who you are, what God’s calling you to do, and a personal mission and growth plan. You’ll have a group of other Disney Dads who will keep calling you up long after the trip ends.

WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER
DAY 1 — ARRIVE + ANCHOR IN Check in. Get settled. Share a world-class dinner at Le Cellier Steakhouse in Epcot, watch the fireworks, and begin the journey of growth.
DAY 2 — DREAM BIG Morning Session: What do you actually want? We'll dig into the dreams God planted in you and build a real plan to pursue them. Afternoons are spent at Magic Kingdom with intentional conversations and real-time coaching woven throughout. Oh, and Dole Whip!
DAY 3 — MAN ON A MISSION Morning session: Who does your family need you to be? We'll define it, build your personal leadership plan, and lock in your family's core values and mission statement. You leave feeling good and with a clear direction on moving forward.
Optional: Finish the trip with an afternoon round of golf at Disney's Palm Golf Course.

I've walked through loss, failure, and seasons where I had nothing left. And I learned that leaning into God, renewing my mind, and doing the deep inner-healing work changed everything. I learned I had to be more intentional with my growth and show up to life better.
Today, I show up as a present husband, a grounded father, and a man who is crystal clear on who God made him to be. I show up ready to serve and lead. Since 2019, I've walked alongside and coached hundreds of faith-driven dads, families, entrepreneurs, athletes, and high-profile people to go from stuck, burned out, and wanting more out of life, to focused, free, fully alive in their purpose, and winning at the Game of Life. The Disney Dad Retreat is for Dads who are ready to win at the Game of Life.
